In-Person Mixing Workshop

This is an 8 hour class mixing a song from scratch in my studio– starting from the rough mix and through the master. We’ll work on a song that I have produced and mixed so I can guide you through my process. I’m also throwing in a one-on-one mix critique and tips for any song you’ve worked on, as well as some of my most used drum samples.

I am limiting each class to groups of 5 people so there’s room for questions and opportunity for each person to sit in the sweet spot.

Cost: $400 total, half down to hold your spot

Food: Coffee and snacks provided, bring your own lunch

In-Person : Fundamentals of Mixing Workshop

This is an 8 hour class mixing a song from scratch in my studio– covering mixing fundamentals such as;

  • What is EQ / compression

  • How to set up a basic mixing template

  • How to set up a pro sounding vocal chain

  • How to reference other mixes you like

We will be starting from the rough mix and through the master on a song that I have produced and mixed so I can guide you through my process, step by step.

This is a perfect workshop for a producer who wants to level up their mixes, artists who want to make better demos, and anyone who is considering jumping into the recording world.

In-Person Drum Tuning Workshop

I will take a small group through my process of dressing and tuning drums for recording (with a focus on tuning to the key of the song). I encourage everyone to bring a snare and rack tom to practice on your own drums, fresh heads are a plus. I’ll show some of my favorite tricks for dampening and tailoring the tuning to fit into songs, we all know that if the drums sound cool in the room they will be much better to record.

I am limiting this workshop to 10 people to make sure I can help people individually and everyone gets a lot of hands on time.
